Since our launch in 2020 we’ve offered a completely customisable, funky and tried and tested range of products that are designed and manufactured in house in Marykirk, Aberdeenshire. 
All of our products are manufactured with waterproof and durable materials to guarantee longevity in the harshest of conditions. 
**  Due to such a high demand for our funky Camelchops products, we currently have a lead time of 7-14 days as each item is handmade to order and we do not hold any stock. 

We are a small family run business and very friendly so please feel free to drop me a message with any questions, I will personally confirm each order and check colour combinations as there are sometimes not enough drop down menus available. 

Once ready to ship you will receive a message saying dispatched … Royal Mail is then in charge , I cannot guarantee a quick delivery unless you pay for the next day delivery. If going out-with UK , again customs can hold up your lovely bags and I am not responsible for any customs fees. 

Refunds and returns … ok each bag is made to order with your own personalities stamped on them … I can accept returns but only at buyers expense, if they are fully personalised with badges / markings that I feel are not something I can sell on them unfortunately no refund are available.
