Life Update from Wayne

Hey everyone,

First of all, I want to start by saying a massive thank you for your patience and understanding over the last little while. I know some of your orders have taken longer than expected to get out, and I want to take a moment to explain why — not as an excuse, but just to be real with you all.

Life has been shifting a lot behind the scenes. What was once a two-person operation is now just me — one guy doing his absolute best to keep things running, making sure each order still gets the care and attention it deserves. On top of that, I’ve also been adjusting to solo parenting, which is its own full-time job (and then some!).

I’ve recently gone through a house move and am currently in the middle of a divorce — both incredibly emotional and demanding transitions. It’s been a season of deep change and personal growth, and I’m learning more every day about the importance of balance — balancing business with family, grief with hope, and pressure with grace.

Please know that I haven’t forgotten a single order. I’m steadily working through every one, and I will fulfill them all. Your support and patience mean more to me than you probably realise. Some days are heavier than others, but your kindness and understanding truly help lighten the load.
