To all of my valued customers:
I want to sincerely thank you for your continued support and patience. At this time, I am temporarily pausing all new orders so I can focus fully on catching up and fulfilling all current outstanding orders.
With the addition of a new full-time job and demanding long shifts, I am currently experiencing significant time restraints and delays. I understand how important your orders are, and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience or extended wait times this has caused.
Please know that every order currently on my books will absolutely be completed and fulfilled. My priority right now is making sure I deliver on my commitments before reopening for new orders.
Once I am fully caught up, I will reopen orders again.
